Heros Gitterbox is a mobile application for easy and convenient management of boxes and their equipment.Box overview:The main overview displays all available boxes alongside location and status information. Use the search and filter function to find a specific box, e.g. by entering a name or location. It is also possible to remove existing boxes or add new ones.Vehicle management:In this main view, vehicles, trailers, and containers can be created and managed. In addition, it can be tracked which boxes are loaded into a specific vehicle.Equipment overview:In this view, all equipment items in boxes are displayed. The search function can be used to find specific items and to see which boxes contain them.QR code scanner:A QR scanner allows identifying a specific box. Use this function to get the status of a box or find its storage location.Box details:There is a detailed view of each box. In addition to the general information (ID, name), comprehensive information can be viewed here, such as a photo of the location, an extended description, or even the exact contents of a box. With the latest update, it is also possible to track the number of items that were taken out of boxes.Label generation:In the box details view, PDF labels for printing can be automatically generated. Attach these labels directly to the actual boxes as they contain all important information, as well as a QR code for identification.Management of inventory numbers:Inventory numbers can be assigned to equipment within boxes. This helps to clearly identify items together with their status and location. In addition, the equipment overview can be used to see where an item with a specific inventory number is located.
